Build warehouse and logistics rosters automatically.

Tell Rosterzen which shifts, zones, routes or roles need covering, who is trained and available, and the working rules to follow. It builds a workable roster and shows you any gaps it cannot fill.

When someone calls out

Cover the gap without creating another one.

Change a worker's availability and Rosterzen rechecks role eligibility, coverage, hours and rest across the roster.

High-Bay Reach Operator → Aisha

Change Event

Aisha calls in sick.

You move Daniel into the reach truck slot.

Training mismatch

Daniel is not marked as trained for the high-bay reach role.

Inbound dock stalled

Moving Daniel leaves his original inbound receiving shift without coverage.

Dispatch knock-on effect

Covering that inbound gap may create another shortage later in the dispatch flow.

A hasty manual assignment put an untrained worker into a role and created knock-on coverage problems.

How it works

From workload to a workable roster.

Add the work to cover, add your people and rules, then generate the roster.

A workable roster, with uncovered work left visible.

FAQ

Logistics scheduling questions

Can a warehouse worker cover several roles?

Yes. Workers can hold several role or skill eligibilities, but they cannot cover overlapping assignments at the same time.

Can Rosterzen help avoid overtime?

You can set weekly-hour limits as scheduling rules. If demand cannot be covered within those limits, the remaining work stays visible instead of silently pushing someone over the cap.

Can this be used for drivers as well as warehouse teams?

Yes when the scheduling problem can be represented as required routes or operating periods plus driver availability, eligibility and working-time limits.
