Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You, including your email address, name, organisation details, and billing information.

If You use a free roster or schedule generator and ask Us to email the result, We use the email address You provide to deliver that transactional copy, record the source of the request, and let You resume or save the generated preview. Requesting a copy does not by itself subscribe You to marketing communications.

Analytics and session recordings

With your consent, We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the marketing site. These services receive page views, clicks, scroll depth, navigation, form progress and high-level roster-generator outcomes, along with device and browser information. We do not send form values, email addresses, worker names, roster contents or claim tokens to analytics. Microsoft Clarity masks input values and the free roster builder is additionally masked.

Workforce and Operational Scheduling Data

When using Rosterzen automated scheduling, you may input shift templates, worker aliases, qualifications, availability, and site rules. We process this data only to generate schedules and check whether they meet those rules. We do not sell or monetize operational shift data.

Security and Retention of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
